I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science from the Deemed University of Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation - Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Deemed University of Dr M.G Ramachandran Educational and Research Institute - Chennai, Tamilnadu, where I developed a strong foundation in software development and problem-solving. My journey began as a teenager with a coding hobby that evolved into a fulfilling career. With a background in Communication Engineering, I discovered software development was my true calling. I've honed my skills through freelance projects and a startup stint, and now contribute to an amazing team at LTIMindtree. I enhanced customer journeys using Amazon Connect Views, orchestrating queues, hours of operation, and dynamic engagements to deliver a true 360° experience. Building on this foundation, I now extend customer intelligence with Amazon Bedrock, developing autonomous agents that interact with real-time data from S3 and DynamoDB, powered by custom Lambda logic and foundational models. NVIDIA PersonaPlex 7B S2S Duplex Model Deployment

To overcome local hardware limitations, I deployed the Personaplex 7B Duplex model on Kaggle Notebooks, utilizing its GPU-enabled environment. The deployment was successful, but I encountered high latency due to regional factors in Hyderabad, which provided valuable insights into performance tuning and infrastructure choices. This experience reinforced my ability to adapt large language models to cloud-based environments and highlighted the importance of selecting the right platforms for real-world AI applications..
